Many items in The MRM Collection are hand-made-to-order. No two items are exactly alike. Please allow 7-10 business days for your product to arrive (excludes delivery time for Custom Flower Canvas purchase). Expedited shipping is available for an additional Rush Fee. Before your purchase, please send an email to to inquire about expediting your item(s). Some items may not offer expedited services. In the event an item will take longer than 10 business days to issue, an email notification will be sent to the purchaser with a new expected arrival date. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
At this time, international shipping is not offered. We will update our guests when this feature becomes available.

How to Return/Exchange
As our guest, exchanges can be made within 14 days of your delivery date for items that are NOT customized. All customized items are FINAL SALE. In order to exchange (non-customized items) the product must be returned /post dated on or before the 14th date from your original delivery date. The product must be returned in its new condition, with tags attached (where applicable) and no signs of being worn or used. A shipping fee will be issued to complete any exchanges. ALL sales are FINAL after 14 days. ALL Red-lined Sale and Mo's Closet items are FINAL SALE. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will exchange or provide a credit for damaged or incorrect items that are returned within 14 days of delivery. Please send an email with a photo included of the damaged or incorrect item upon receipt to email@example.com

Gift Cards & Gift Certificates
Gift Cards have no expiration date. Gift Certificates are redeemable for 6 months from the date issued. All Gift Cards and Gift Certificates are non-refundable. All Sales are FINAL.
Coupon Codes can only be used once, per transaction, per customer on orders $30 or more (before shipping). Coupon Codes are NOT valid on Sale Items or for Mo's Closet. Additional rules may apply. Adjustments will be made to any transactions reflecting false information before delivery.
